Supporting the head chef in all positions including patisserie with consideration for regionality, stock keeping and presentation

Our guests love the variety with gala dinners, theme evenings, dessert buffet and in summer, weather permitting, weekly barbecue evenings. In addition to professional experience, we expect independent work with support, the ability to work in a team with a friendly manner, punctuality and cleanliness 

5-day week for our chefs (Sunday and 1 weekday off). Motivated team and a very good working atmosphere.
